While at the library, I picked up a half dozen quilting books to browse. They will go back in a couple weeks for the next class. So I guess I am still quilting in that way; quilting for my mind.

Saturday Catch-up
Just got back from facilitating the Creative Writers' Workshop in town. What an amazing group of writers!
Before I left to attend the meeting, I pinned the straps to the front and back of the scrappy Market Tote Bag I am making for Toni's Pink Purse Fundraiser. Straps are to be top stitched and then, the front is sewn to the side and bottom and side again; and the back gets attached in the same way. Its going to be cute if it works as easily as the JoAnn pattern says it will. Just not today.
